If you write to me by email, I keep your message so I can answer it and for as long as we're in touch about it. If you follow the Jacquie Azur page on Facebook, everything that happens there happens under Meta's own terms, not mine: I see the public interactions on the page and nothing more and you can unfollow at any time.
